We are extremely proud and pleased to share that our Healthy Community Action Team Grant Project (HCAT) has been selected from all Southeast Virginia Foundation for Healthy Youth (VFHY) Grantees to be featured on their Prevention Connections website for the notable initiatives our Team is implementing to prevent and reduce childhood obesity through our work with multiple youth serving organizations throughout our region.
